Is there a Freeview plus recorder on the NZ market that can match the MYSKY recorder? I have a T2200 aerialbox that is incredibly slow in response times and user unfriendly compared to musky.

Plenty of recent topics on this - have a look around.

General consensus is the Panasonic models are the only reliable unit (not 100% obviously - none are) & have a reasonable ease of use factor.
or play round with a PC type solution.

There is a new K2pro unit coming out from Digital Imports soon which is a Sat & UHF tuner built on an android box (for netflix, youtube etc) - has a very speedy processor & quick UI but its only single tuner

I think part of the problem is that normal tv is dying, so not too much investment is being put into it.Streaming boxes seem to be where it is at.
