I have a TBS 6920 DVB-S2 Pci-e card
I'm not exactly sure what type of Dish I have. I've attached a picture.
I think the LOF for this is 11300. I've tried different LOF and LNBSW setting without much luck

I am not an expert on the various LNBs, but comparing it to the photos here:

I would say it is the same a mine, a dual LNB with a 10750 MHz local oscillator frequency. If so, it should have a dual cable coming down to two separate aerial connections inside the house. In my case both connections are where I have my Sky decoder - I use one for my MythTV box and the other I have cabled off to my test PC elsewhere in the house. In some houses that have had multiple Sky boxes, the two connections may be terminated in different rooms. Since you have had a Dish box working, I would suggest that you use exactly the same (known good) aerial cable to try getting the TBS 6920 card working, if possible. I presume that you have already installed the correct drivers:

otherwise MediaPortal would likely not be seeing the tuner at all.
I managed to get a USB cable from my Windows box to where my TBS 9522 tuner is on the other side of the room and installed it in MediaPortal. I am still using an older version or MediaPortal (1.11.0.0), but the DVB-S/S2 tuning settings are unlikely to have changed much. I clicked the "Update satellite list" button first, then waited for the downloads to complete, then scanned using these settings:
The scan worked, although I have not checked all the channels.
