Lost the EPG yesterday ..... Is it just me or a problem with Freeview?
(DSE/Zinwell Box complete with loss of audio for a couple of seconds on a daily basis andthe odd lock up).

TIA for any help.

I was in a DSE today and noticed the EPG wasn't working on their boxes. Thought it might have been a local reception issue.

Checked the DTH and the MHEG-5 EPG was working fine.

Just checked mine now. EPG fine.

Few weeks ago at 1.00am, or 2am in morning had no EPG working on it. Only early mourning had it going so not sure if that is normal for that time, but when got up next day it was fine.

Mine locks up to, picture freezes but audio usually keeps going. Usually after pushing EPG button and one time after pushing list button. Use to think it was heat related but did it just after turned on one time so would've still been cold.

Put it in standby, then back on again and fine - standby only button that works when it happens.

Still expermenting but think when change channels need to give it time to load data before hitting EPG etc.

Not working here in Lower Hutt at 8.44 - perhaps it's a specific transmitter problem. Thanks for the heads up anyway.

DTH = direct to home = satellite service.
