It shouldn't have any - have you downloaded this from Cyberlink, or is it one freebie from a video card?

HI I came bundle with an HVR-4000 Tuner. It must be something in the program code to stop it..

What "pop-ups" are you referring to?   The occaisional little Cyberlink ads in L bottom of the main screen (more "on-screen" than "pop-up"?).

I barely notice them now, but you could have a look at the .ini files under C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\PowerCinema.

Also, perhaps delete the image files in C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Local\PowerCinema\Extra (with caution - maybe savee them to a different location to start with, just in case).

And if the popups are not related to Cyberlink or of porn and drugs sites then you might want to run an antispyware...
