Also when your screen starts to flicker black for a second or two while watching TV, the annoying fix is to turn off FreeView Plus.  This fixes it 100%.  The quicker solution is to pause the picture then press play again, this seems to fix it for a while.

I have an earlier Panasonic model and imagine it's the same - only option is mute the tv!
