Re the new Gen 3 remote, thanks for posting pictures! As previously stated I suffer from serious tech fomo (fear of missing out). Was thinking I might need the Gen 3, but had a good look at the pictures and see it has no skip (10m) button, so panic over. I love the Gen 2. I actually bought the Harmony remote that someone recommended as the Gen 1 was the blight in my life at the time, and although good, and could be great for people with sound systems, I prefer the functional simplicity of Gen 2! Happiness is loving what you have! But to anyone still using the Gen1 remote, that thing was a pig and you won't regret an upgrade! 🐷😃

Josh, very best wishes, and thank you so much for your time and work here. You will be sorely missed. Hope you can train up fresh meat! 😁.

To anyone new here, the T2200 is a great system. I personally went from 3 x VHS recorders to Magic TV to the T2200. It is a good system that I would recommend. Coupled with either a phone, tablet or computer to pick up any little slips (hey, no one's perfect), then you're all set! The phone call service help is great, this forum as backup, all in all, excellent customer service.

Don't be put off by 82 pages! It's been years! It's constantly upgraded, which is a good thing, and as someone who has read every post, most people just have trouble when they first change over. Change can be difficult! 😊

Thankyou for your kind words, The aim was to connect the company with the customers and undergo a journey through the changing technology of Freeview, very pleased with what has been achieved.
