Does anyone have experience with the Hauppauge winTV-dualHD USB Tuner and the NVIDIA Shield TV?

I'm looking into setting up Plex DVR but just want to confirm that the 1597 model from PB Tech is compatible, and if so, how well does it work?

We have 100Mbps Fibre, and the NVIDIA Shield TV will be connected via Ethernet, so bandwidth is not an issue. We have a proper antenna that works fine. Our Live TV currently works great with good signal. We don't watch live that much, but we record the occasional good show and our current DVR is starting to break down.
