I don't think there are any settings. I think you just need the appropriate NZ Firmware installed.

If you have one of the new decoders, the cards used in those all seem to be usable in third-party card readers.  I had to update Oscam to handle my new card when I got the new decoder, but my patch has long since been incorporated and current Oscam versions should work.  So maybe your Vu Solo2 needs a software update to get a recent version of Oscam.  You also do need to specify the boxid=xxxxxxxx line in your oscam.server file, where the xxxxxxx is the hexadecimal conversion of the boxid found in your Sky box's system menu somewhere.

Hi Maverick.

You shouldn't have any problems configuring the Solo2 to be used with your Skycard.

Have had a Solo2 for past 3 years running via Oscam.

Basically all you need to correctly configure is the CAID for Sky 096A

BoxID I never had to worry about at all.

Cheers:

EDIT MOD: please respect company names as per our FUG
