Where can I buy or rent a decent Satellite finder in Auckland, one with signal strength and signal quality for a VSAT dish install? Needs to be a place that has one in stock that I can pick it up from rather than order it in for me.
Thanks. Steve

jaycar ?
I wish they had something decent, they just have this thing with 6 LEDs, I doubt it's any better than the cheap analogue meters and buzzer available at RV shops. Where do all the TV dish techs buy from?

Thanks I'll try electrical wholesalers in the morning. Surplustronics and Jaycar where the first two places I looked but nothing.
Thanks again. Still open to any other ideas, places to try.
Check out here... Plenty of professional gear here... Hope you have plenty of money :-)

Another Google search would probably find more suppliers...

My first ever AM radio network connection was with a 1MHz AM crystal(OA91) radio receiver.

I have found plenty of suppliers via Google, however, like the one you linked to they are all overseas:-). If I had the time I would just order one from one of those sites, unfortunately I need to get one fairly quickly.
Thanks for your reply and looking for me.
Can't see one on their site, but maybe worth a call?

What about Matchmaster?

Pretty sure you can avoid stockists and phone them direct for a sale (that may be a bit cheaper)
These guys are Auckland based as well, could be worth a try.
Are looking for Vsat TV or other digital data?
