Hi All,

I ahve an HVR2200 in my PC and I want to get TV working on it. I have Media Portal, have installed it and now I;m a little stuck. I;m using this guide: http://cranznz.googlepages.com/ and I can't get TV server to configure properly (pg3) I can't even get into it. It keeps asking me to type in a Username and Password for a Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Problem is I wouldn't ahve a clue waht a Username or Password for one is. This part isn't covered in the guide.

Thanks,
Matthew

Hmm I'll put a note in the guide about this as a few people have asked this recently.

During installation it prompts you for a username/password but if you're like me and click Next on everything its very easy to skip over ;)

It never used to be an issue with installing MP ver.0.2.3.0 as you had to manually pre-install *SQL server yourself, so it was obvious about setting up the password.

It's only with the advent of ver.RC1 this has come aboutFoot in mouth
