Started watching this channel when channel surfing. I like the occasional cooking show any my wife likes some of the shows but what surprised me was it's broadcast in HD DD 5.1. So I guess Mediaworks had enough transponder space to do that? So that makes two channels they have in HD 5.1 audio.

It is nice they launched it in HD, it would be nice if Choice and Prime followed suit and moved to HD

Would be good. Though I don't think the mux they are on has the space.
And I don't think SKY will be happy to give up the rugby in HD ...
