I have tried numerous times to pre-book and record a show from the EPG.
I got to the EPG and select a show a head of time. I have followed the manual instructions and pressed the red button to record, but there is no message to ask if I want to record the individual show or the whole series. I can still record in real time, then switch channels.

Thanks for the help.
