We have a house in Opunake, Taranaki that only gets Freeview via satellite. We’ve purchased a LG 43UK6400 with Freeview plus so apparently doesn’t need a top box. Can someone advise the lnb frequency & transponder numbers? We’ve tried researching with no luck & have very little knowledge around this topic. Our next step is to get a technician in

LNB frequency is most likely 10750 or 11300 MHz. Sky one is most likely 10750 MHz.

You need to enter the LNB frequency of the dish (LNB) that is fitted to the house. If you don't know what it is, the most common ones to try are 11300 and 10750.

The specs on that Tv do not mention a Satellite Tuner only an Antenna input, so you would need a box.
Freeview plus is internet based.

There are more letters after the model numbers for what market that model goes to and what its tuner config and input options are etc. Like EU models used to all have to include a scart adapter with them, US models will have an ATSC tuner and no pal support etc, but the base model is all the same.

Thanks Rich , was definitely the NZ site.
If you click ‘all specs’ you get :

Picture Modes

9 (Vivid, Standard, APS, Cinema, Cricket, Game, HDR Effect, ISF Bright Room, ISF Dark Room)

HDR Picture Modes

5 (Vivid, Standard, Cinema Home, Cinema, Game)
Colour Bit Depth

8-bit

HDR Effect

Yes
Image Processor

Quad-core

Tuner

DVB-T2/C/S2 (UHF & Satellite Tuner)
Resolution Upscaling³

4K Upscaler

And if you select connections , which i did first you get the other info saying one tuner
( unless they hav combined them in one tuner , but i doubt it)

I would guess if it has 2 tuners there will be 2 source inputs on the backend. One for an aerial and one for the satellite feed. Are there 2 inputs and have you connected the satellite cable into the appropriate input?

It has two inputs - I put it into the threaded input that had “satellite in” - it was the only one it could plug into.

Yeah they have 2 inputs on them, its been plug in and work for the people I know with them, but the SD of freeview satillite is very disappointing which is all that is keeping some people I know shoveling money into the mouths of sky at their holiday homes for the mysky box.
