Hi

With my potential move to reduce my need for Sky NZ, I'm looking at trying to get the best quality freeview picture.  I currently only have satellite installed, so DVB-S/2 only, so its normally only Freesat I can get which is SD only.  I noticed the IPTV stuff by Matt Huisman and have been trying to get it to play nice in TVheadend so that I can have a central place to record 'TV' and play it to different rooms.

With the TVH setup I have on my NAS (HTS Tvheadend 4.2.6), I'm getting the following error when using Matts m3u8 playlist from TVH on scanning the IPTV network:

2019-03-12 20:24:31.391 httpc: 016C: SSL peer verification failed (livestreamdirect-bravo.mediaworks.nz:443) X509 20

The only channel that works is Parliament TV unfortunately.

Can someone point me in the right direction to make the NZ IPTV streams work with TVheadend?  I can make them work directly with Live Channels (Android TV) or within Kodi directly but I'd rather record / play centrally.

Any help is appreciated.

Chris

Right so it appears that it was the version of TVH that I was using on my NAS that was causing the trouble.  Running a newer docker version appears to have solved the issue completely; now to play around with getting the EPG imported!
