What is the error message?
What firmware is it using etc etc?

Last question first: Yes and working through.
Firmware version:
2.12.18
Errors:
Service not found when using T2
Error reported on restart: "T2 slot has the problem. Please re-insert tuner after checking"
Symptoms:
Recording three channels produces error. Third channel on T2 creates record file but the file only contains header data and no file data.
Tests done:
Swapped T2 tuner into T1 slot. Picture is shown, so it looks like the problem is not with the tuner card.
Have you done a factory reset?
also check the tuner loopthru cable at the back
Check the cable at the back. When you swapped tuners, did you still have the same problem with the same slot?
Jack at Ultrapower still has (had) terrestrial tuner modules.
