Bought a Draco HDTV6300 STB and connected it up. Went through all the setup procedures and everything was ok.
10 days later no TV3. Get sound and signal strength of 69% but no picture! All other channels ok
INFO button shows - on carrier strength
Living in Epsom and aerial pointing towards Three Kings, Auckland

Any ideas on what’s gone wrong

Have you tried a channel rescan??

I've tried factory reset and rescanned a couple of times. Last night nothing had changed still no channel 3.Before leaving for work this morning I had another look and found all the channels had gone!I am going to try it at a friend’s house to see if the box is stuffed. I will also borrow his DSE box and try it at my house.Will post the results

The Draco has been tried in two locations, Hillsborough and Remuera. both times faultless performance.
I borrowed a friend's DSE STB and it has worked with no problems.
Tomorrow I get the Draco back to try again.
I suspect the problem lies between the couch and the remote!

You could try this, Go to set up, then tv set up, then with the HD resolution choose either 720p or 1080i. Not the native as this is the factory setting.
