Unable to login tonight on the streaming device.

Ask it to send an email so that can reset password, get email - enter password and comes up with strange error code that makes no sense to a lay person... unable to get in.

Freeview are useless as there is now support to contact them for this.... bit of a pain really and wanting to watch live TV for a change.

Anyone able to assist?
