Family is interested in this LG model ? Anyone have pros/cons?

 

One issue I think is the seems to be only optical audio out. We have an Amp/hifi speakers setup with existing TV (analogue audio) and would like to retain this. Would this be a problem? Thanks.

Looks like a 3.5mm audio out next to optical.

Thanks, that's a good workaround, although line out level would be preferred
I've been looking at Jaycar D-A audio convertors (around $60). Does anyone know if there's any issue with thee and lipsync ?

According to it's specs it has ARC on HDMI2

 

If your Amp doesn't have HDMI inputs then time to update the Amp.
