Hello

I have a Arialbox T2100 sett top box. A window popes up saying there is a new update available via Air. This is while the tv channel is running in the background. It then changes screen and it looks like it is attempting to download something. It shows an antenna and an arrow to a set top box. But then a message is flashing saying.... No signal.

We do have a reasonable TV reception.

How can I bypass this? it happens over and over and we can't watch TV.

Thank you

You may need to upate the software via USB you can follow the instructions on the DISH TV website https://www.dishtv.co.nz/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=34
That way the software will be up to date.

Thanks for that. I have followed the instructions but the box is continuously trying to do an upgrade via air. I can not brake the cycle. it is like a spool. I have unplugged the antenna, it is connecting to WiFi but it wants to upgrade via air.....
