Does it involve the VIVO component of the graphics card?



And if i purchase a USB tv tuner, do i still need a PCI tv tuner card?

No, usually if you want a auxillary video input you use the analogue input of a tuner card.

And No, if you have USB tuner you don't need a PCI one, though PCI tend to be a bit more reliable it seems.
