I have been using an UltraPlus 9000 Dual Tuner Satellite Receiver with the TitanNit "Atevio" package.

This box has died with some sort of power supply issue.

What should I replace it with?

Dual tuner is required.

I *think* I'll be wanting something like Enigma2/OpenPLi.

What is available in NZ?  Or elsewhere?

Anyone with similar systems I can ask further questions from?

Thanks in advance

I buy my VU+ boxes from a guy in Estonia. He is really good at declaring an appropriate value but not sure how that will work now.

Why not just use Vodafone TV? The boxes are pretty good, cheap, and cloud recording is excellent also (also get the advantage of Sky channels).

You just need to ensure you've got a fast enough connection (VDSL or UFB) and you're set. You don't get any tuner limitations as the recordings are saved in the cloud.
