only if your antenna or the cable is loose, since if it was at the trasnmitter end it would stuff everyone up.

well yes that's why i'm wondering wether it's the transmitter here in Ellerslie (Remuera) or whether it was the installation - so no one else out there has this problem? it'm monday and everything is back to normal - mmm..........

I have the odd bad day, but only on the TVNZ channnels. I've put it down to not having direct line of site to the transmitter (Sky Tower). Most days are good though. I'm not too far away from Ellerslie. I suppose it's possible there is a localised interference source that impacts the TVNZ frequency infill frequency. I'll try and remember to post next time things are bad.

My reception is perfect, have never noticed a bad day at all.
I've got a Sony Bravia W series, and is in an apartment connected to the main TV signal...works perfect no issues Wink

I'm in Meadowbank which isn't far from Ellerslie. Getting signal from Sky tower which operates on the same frequencies as Remuera which you said you were pointing at. I might try to knock together a script that plots signal quality vs time, to see if there are particular times of the day it it worse.

BTW wasn't watching much TV tonight, but came back @21:00 and signal was fine.

Im in Hamilton.Generally everything goes fine.I have noticed when the weather is poor the reception deteriorates slightly-some pixelation.Might pay to compare Terrestial and Satelite.?? ReceiversWe are using the DSE HD Terrestial unit.
Last week week we lost TV 2 all togetherWe did a reset of the unit which worked.
