I have a single tuner Freeview Sat receiver.  I note that it has a sat signal "loop out" socket on the rear panel.  Is it possible to connect this to a second Sat receiver and use this at the same time as the primary receiver?  If so, what limitations might there be?

Yes. All OK as long as you are tuning to the same satellite and polarity on both tuners

Hi, yes all good and no limitations assuming the dish is aligned correctly etc. And to comment further on @runningman comment, all freeview mux's are on the same polarity, so this should not be and issue, but potentially an issue if using services beyond NZ freeview.

Thanks All for the rapid replies.  It is only NZ Freeview I am interested in.  I have been given a second receiver and was hoping I could use it alongside the other so as to avoid the tuning conflicts between , say, TVNZ, Prime or TV Three.  Dual tuner receivers seem to be no longer available.
