Hi,

Got home this morning to discover that the EPG is no longer working on my DSE satellite receiver (freeview approved...)

I've tried power cycling, reset to factory and start again - when I press the EPG button on the remote, the EPG just states "Loading..." on the screen, but doesn't appear (at least not in the time that I've left it tring to open, which has been at least 2 minutes.)

Is anyone else experiencing this or offer any advise to get the EPG going?  (I'm yet to delve into DSE tech support, thought someone here might know or if there is a general problem with freeview currently)

Thanks!

I have the same box and same problem... I did notice a couple of days ago that when it was working, prior to this, that there were no listings in the EPG for the channels.
I am just waiting to see if things will come back on in a day or 2.

I've flicked a note off to DSE support and also filled out the contact us form on the website ... I'll post back here the responses.

Cheers!

And here I was thinking it was something I'd done to the box.

Indeed - it's working here again too.

I got a reply from DSE stating that they noticed that it was happening - and also for other branded set top boxes.  Sounds like a small glitch on the transmission.

Touch wood they are few and far between.
