Going to the States soon and want to get a Dual Tuner PVR if they will work here in NZ.

Would they work ? Found this.....http://cgi.ebay.com/SONICVIEW-SV-360-ELITE-DUAL-TUNER-PVR-FTA-SV360-PREMIER_W0QQitemZ260289189800QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item260289189800&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

Should do, although you can already buy dual tuner satellite PVRs in NZ.

There is/was a Coship dual tuner model with space for an internal IDE HDD being sold for around what you would pay in NZD for that one - try Trademe. Otherwise there are some higher end Topfield models for $600-800.

Here's a retail link for the Topfield TF6000PVR ES. It's a dual tuner satellite PVR with a 320GB disk. More information about it is available on Topfield's own website.
