I'm sure this isn't just working for me, but with the latest windows patch that is intended to fix the mcGlidHost errors I am now getting the now/next epg for my freeview channels in Windows Media Center in Windows 7.

You can download the latest Patch details from:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/962236

:-) Cheers

Fix works for me - posted about this in the thread regarding this issue in the HTPC forum.

As per my post there now/next (and then some) works fine, but after 12hrs or so the schedule slots are there but all program names have been replaced with full stops ie ".".

Partially worked for me... but there were lines through the broadcasts. I thought reconfiguring my tuners might help, but after that it couldn't detect any DVB-T channels. I have now uninstalled the update (now everything is back to normal).

I have two tuners - an HVR-4000 and a Falcon II which I should remove as it's no longer needed.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues.

It stopped the McGlidhost bug in its tracks and I have EPG data populating but it's not fully there, many dots on the screen still.

After a reinstall it started working for me on all except TV3 and C4 which showed dots, now I get dots for most channels.
