So, TVNZ has unveiled their plans: they'll promote Tivo has their favourite PVR for Freeview and to access TVNZ on demand.
Talks have started with ISPs and it will be interesting to see whether they'll work out a commercial agreement so that data caps will be removed for downloads from tvnzondemand and associates.
