So moved into a new house which is set up with a Hills distribution system.

Downstairs lounge tv (new LG) won’t auto tune TVNZ 1/2 (other channels fine) upstairs bedroom (7 year old Samsung) auto tunes all channels fine.

Have tried swapping the plugs on the Hills system and tried swapping the aerial plugs but still getting 0% signal strength and 0% signal quality on the LG for both channels. Short of lugging a 65 upstairs to plug in up there (which I don’t think will change the outcome) any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Location is Tōtara Heights and I believe the antenna is a phased-array UHF and is pointing at the Waitarua station if that helps
