A little while ago I bought the Amazon Firestick and was surprised to find that Three NOW was ad free. I didn't know if this some deal with Amazon or a bug so I didn't want to say anything here and tip anyone off. However, the latest update just installed in the last few hours has put the ads in. I can't find a way to uninstall just the latest update so I guess I'm stuck with them now. Does anyone know if it was deliberate or a bug?

It was never ad free for us. Perhaps you were running some DNS blocking or something else?

No. When I first got it from The Warehouse, when I installed Three NOW, it was ad free and has been so for some time. Never for TVNZ+.

You used to be able to skip the ads when using an Apple TV by skipping ahead 10 seconds just before the ads started. But they fixed that a while back.
