Around a month ago our Dish TV SatBox 8200 stopped recieving all radio channels - TV is fine.

I carried out factory reset and rejigged settings as described on Google but no luck.

Called Dish TV, placed on hold "you're the 15th in line" stayed on hold, got my chance to speak to the support member then was asked to leave a message .. no thanks.

I emailed and got a reply saying it was a software issue being looked into, a week passed, followed up, now about 3 weeks in with no resolution. Any suggestions ,,?
