is there any other channles i can pic up that are not on freeview hd please

DTT channels?

No - Freeview is the only digital FTA terrestrial service.

All the FreeviewHD channels except TVCentral, Sports Extra, TVNZ6, TVNZ7, ParliamentTV & TV3+1 are available in SD (non-Freeview: VHF/UHF) (ie.TV1, TV2, TV3, C4, Maori, etc.). Also, they are ALL available  on DVB-S freeview (non HD).
