I'm having problems with subtitles (both Teletext and the other option) running way way ahead of the spoken audio (several seconds).

It is unwatchable with subtitles because it is so far ahead.

My box is a Vantage - is anyone else suffering the same problems and what boxes are you using?

I currently have a Zinwell ZMT-620HD with the latest software installed. I tried the subtitles the other day (tv1 I think) - they were spot on.

I also have one of the dreaded ET boxes - The subtitles have always been seriously out of sync on that - 3 or 4 seconds out from memory when I tried them. Unless the subtitles are in sync they are pretty much useless.

I concluded that the sync issue was a problem with the ET software.
