looking for any app that will edit h.264 i use now h.264 cutter and it very very good but i wanted to know if there is other apps please please thanks

as has been said before, when it goes off beta, VideoReDo TV Suite will support h264 files.. But it's not available for the public yet

good question, I honestly have no idea.  Not much has been disclosed.
