our freeview  seems to have multiple perosnalities.

for the first few months after it was installed, it was perfect. then after a google search, i found (on this  forum) that i can get prime too. ever since setting that up, its been terrible. the signal meter seems to be good, but the quality meter will sit on 60% for a minute, then down to 0 for a minute. then back up to 60 then 0. its totally intermittent, some times unwatchable, other times its barely annoying.

is there some setting i need to change, or is it a cabling/lnb/other problem?

the set top box is a wisdomsat ws ca-7886, and we are using a sky satellite dish. with a 11300 lnb.

Hi, welcome to Geekzone, on to your problme, could be anything in the chain starting at the dish alignment, LNB skew, LNB health, cable health and finally box's tuner, all could be part of the problem. A systematic fault find would be needed.
