I've got a Nova-S plus pci card, when I set up windows 7 Media center it doesn't give me a channel for the composite /S-video.
I want to use it record some old vcr tapes.
Is there a way to add a composite video channel to 7MC?

No, that is not a supported scenario in 7MC.

You could try using WinTV that came with your card or the free Dscaler, otherwise you will need to connect the VCR directly to your screen.
