Ez crew, at the moment I'm watching the launch procedure of the space shuttle Endeavour streaming live on NASA TV and wondered if it was possible to recieve it through a satellite channel in particular freeview. I googled it and found this from http://www.satdirectory.com/--nasa.html
"For viewers in New Zealand, NASA TV has recently been added to the "easy to receive" TVNZ digital channels on Optus B1, 12456, Vertical, Symbol Rate 22500, FEC 3/4".
Then went over to TVNZ and found this from http://tvnz.co.nz/content/963473
"TVNZ has Transferred its DTH Free-To-Air Test Channels to D1 Satellite
TVNZ has transferred its test signals from the old, ailing, Optus B1 satellite to the new Optus D1 satellite. The move was completed at 1300hrs Friday 2nd February. The test channels are now on D1 but in order to receive the channels all Set Top Boxes will have to be re-programmed."
Soooo does that mean we can get NASA TV through freeview or I'm I way off the mark, if I am how do I receive it through the Optis B1?
