I have a standard TV. no HD or anything fancy.
I have a disconnected Sky TV satellite Dish, with the following plug:

I don't have a freeview box.
I don't have an adaptor for the above plug.
I don't have a current sky TV subscription.

What is the cheapest solution for me?

Thank you for your help.

you should just be able to buy a freeview satellite decoder box plug it in to that cable, and to your tv and be away.

It might be useful for you to know that type of plug is called an "F Connector".
