Two issues that I have noticed.

Note
Model: DVB-TB01
SW version:  S3.0.00
HW version:  H2.0.0
Update Date:  Oct 25 2008

Connected to Pana 50PY800AZ 1080 Plasma via HDMI

1) TV3 volume is very low compared to all the other channels (even TV3+1).  Have to turn up volume to listen to TV3 but gthen when you change channel to any other channel the volume is waaayy too loud.  Cant find any setting anywhere to normalise audio levels.

2) When using the channel up/down buttons the Now/Next display (showing the current tv programme and the next tv programme) is out of date.  It shows the Now/Next info from when the channel was last watched instead of the current Now/Next info.  Very frustrating!

I know that there is a update to the firmware (SW version) that I could apply but I am loathe to do this after reading another thread here on GZ re issues with the JCM Firmware 0609.  Don't want to end up in a worse position than I am now.

Anyone with this box experiencing similar issues?

What about people with other brands of box and the volume of TV3?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I'd say it's related to AC3 on TV3.

Any way to fix? Is it an actual problem at TV3's end?

Is TV3 the only channel to broadcast AC3 audio?
