Anyone got a setup with the D2 satellite?  And know about the ERT channel?

It was on 12734 Vertical but on 15 or so Sept it moved.  They advertised it, and the numbers given were 12608 frequency, Horizontal, with SR 22500.  I entered this into my parents in laws STB who were getting ERT on the old frequency and it doesn't seem to scan anything.

Wondering if I'm missing a number, I'd assume the LNB frequecny would not have to change from 11300.

The setup has two LNBs one hitting the D2 and one on the D1 for Freeview - wondering if the polarity isn't being set, but I think there are other channels that are working on Horizontal.

Thoughts?

Was there something in that thread you wanted me to look at specifically?

The first post has a repeat of the information I posted in my OP.  This is why I'm posting to see if anyone else has got it working as the information doesn't seem to work for me.

Have you double checked the new tuned channel is using the correct lnb or desq sequence to get the right lnb?

You shouldn't have to change the L.O for the LNB if it's already set.

I have a sneaking suspicion it's to do with the fact there are two set top boxes, and that the channel has changed from vertical to horizontal polarity.

I suspect I'll have to power one of them off and then scan...then bring up the second.

that sounds quite likely.

As i'm sure you're already aware.  Horizontal overrides vertical.

Sorry, wasn't sure exactly what you were after.  Just recalled there was quite a bit of info and discussion about ERT in that thread.
