i Am going to get a new quad core pc with 8gb of ram and i was wondering if i could watch freevew hd on my pc
i dont mind paying under 200$

but Something That can Pick Up Myfreeview So I Can Reload Live tv Etc....



Something That Works On Windows & Would be Nice too Or I Dont Mind it being windows xp

So long as you can receive DVB-T transmissions in your area, a DVB-T card will work in something like Windows Media Centre (Which is part of Windows7 Home Premium and above). It will allow recording and timeshifting (though getting more than one tuner may be advisable).

Getting the EPG on DVB-T is a bit more of a challenge, but there is help out here for that (check the HTPC forums).
