I had a Telray TS 511 (satellite stb) installed about 6 weeks ago by a Reputable Firm.  It is badly in need of a software update (time and EPG problems) -- but it doesn't seem to exist on the web (a lot of TS 511s but no STBs).  Does anyone out there know what this *really* is, and the URL for getting software updates?

Was it sold to you by the "Reputable Firm" ? If yes, then Id ask them to find out from their supplier.

Currently, they are ignoring me.  Won't use them again.  No manufacturer info in the er "manual".  The installer said it was better than a Strong; it isn't.
