I have setup the mother in laws tv and the freeview and everything else is working fine (all channels) however the guide feature of the tv just shows up not available. Have tried waiting as sometimes our tv does this and then the guide will pop up but it never works.

It is a samsung LA32C530 brand tv, brand new so im a little perplexed as to why it isnt working.
Located in the manawatu, aerial is UHF.
