My TV is tuned into my Sky no Probs but when I search for my Freeview receiver its not found. Is my TV too old ?  Its a 29"Philips   year 2000 version /

Can you please provide more information?
What freeview set top box do you have? Make/model/ dish or UHF?

Thanks for replying.The TV is 29" Philips 34PT5793.
       Freeview  Receiver is cheap one off trademe GEEOR DS200. Dish is Sky one not sure about LNB ? Specs for Freeview tuner say 950 to 2,150 MHz and Im wondering is this outside the specs of my TV. why Im unable to install it on to the TV ,Cheers.

First mistake is buying something off trademe
you will need to set the LNB settings to match the dish at the very least

Oops, Trademe has been great for me,never realy had any major hassles over 12 years or so.Anyway have sorted my problem and all working fine now thanks to other outside help and egg on face LoL.Many thanks for your help . It is appreciated Cheers.
