I just received this, and seeing we don't have a specific forum for TV broadcast, decided to put in here...

I’d like to introduce ThinkTV, the new industry body representing free-to-air television in New Zealand.

We’re committed to providing you with fresh and relevant information about the Television industry and regulatory matters, and I encourage you to contact me for comment on any relevant news or issues.

We have a wealth of local and international resources at our disposal and we have recently commissioned new research on some hot topics, which we look forward to sharing with you shortly.  ThinkTV replaces the New Zealand Television Broadcaster’s Council (NZTBC) and I am joined by industry experts Rob Hoar, Nicky Dunn and Di Winks in our new Auckland office. I encourage you to contact myself or our team with any queries or to catch up for a coffee.

Interesting... Any questions you folks would like relayed to them?

Hmm make their site live? It's still a 'parked domain'.

Check out my LPFM Radio Station at www.thecheese.co.nz - Now on iHeart Radio, TuneIn and Radio Garden

As per the usual std disclaimer.. "All thoughts typed here are my own."

They don't have www... *sigh*

Try http://thinktv.co.nz and you will see the new site. I tried before posting and it was the old one. They are switching things as we speak here. "Let's go across now!"

In terms of questions, how about some of the popular ones that were addressed to Freeview, and got the "we don't know, ask the broadcasters..." brush-off in reply?

If thinkTV represents the boradcasters, they might be able to answer?
