One night my partner was sitting watching the tele, couldn't see what he was doing and ended up deleting some channels, I then tried to sort the channels and then had to make a favourite list for the most commonly used channels.

Is there a Factory Reset that can get all the channels back and have them relating to the correct number, e.g. channel 2, being the 2 button.

Please help!

Possibly someone might have this out there but a factory reset normally clears everything and might not be your best approach.

Basically you have to scan for channels and then once you have found them all move them around into the positions you want. This probably sounds obvious but it is the best way to go.

Someone here may have the same model and could talk you through the menus.
Post any questions here and someone will help too.

Assuming it was only some stations that were deleted, the info for the satellite etc should all still be in place. You should just be able to go into the menu and do a search for channels/services and you should find them all again.

Then it's a case of deleting the stations/channels you don't want and rearranging what you have left.
