Found this over on theregister.co.uk - quite interesting reading.? Anyone know the state of things in NZ when it comes to these technologies?

Is it just the front end interface? If the source is crap it isn't going to make it any better is it?

looks like basically what Freeview is doing over here. Quickflix has announced they will be launching on the platform this year, if they don't go broke first. I'm sure there will be others.
