Hi,

Am wondering if anyone can help me sort a wee problem.

After returning 2 sommet Freeview boxes to Dick Smith for faullts when going through the software upgrade prcess we decided to try a Transonic set top box from the warehouse.

The Sommet brand STB received TV3, C4 and Prime with no problems and no manual tuning required but the Transonic box does not find them.

Can anyone walk me through the process of adding these channels? I've searched the forum and though there are quite a few posts about not receiving TV3 or C4 none of them specify the instructions for the Transonic box.

Any advice/instructions greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Freeview transponders are on Optus D1.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.
