Yes mine is doing the same. Check here:

Earlier today the post said to do a firmware update to fix the problem... looks like it's not the firmware as the post has been edited to say they've referred the problem to Homecast. No fix tonight most likely :(

Good timing. I got sick to death of my Homecast box missing programmes (well, sick of my wife complaining) that in the weekend I stumped up for a MagicTV unit which is working fantastically (thanks to the firmware patch).

Anil at DTV Solutions is a nice guy, and does his best to help, but this i'm afraid this box is junk. Seeing as I have no love for it anymore, look for my firmware patching information soon (based on Kilaru's work) Laughing

Seems to be fixed today. Bad info must have passed from the transmission. Hopefully they can get us a fix so it doesn't happen again.

They've now released a firmware update for the HT9200DTR to fix the issue.

Right the restarting problem is happening again. I'll try the new firmware:

Hi,

I also have one of these units which was restarting itself again today - I've applied the new firmware and it all seems ok for the moment.

I've just applied the firmware update. Sadly I now only have audio and vision from the box (OSD etc.)
