On my Tivo (pointing at the Kapiti transmitter) a new signal has appeared on on Channel 21, but no details - only "To be announced". I had thought it would be the recently announced lifestyle channel ChoiceTV, but they have confirmed on their Facebook page that they had been allocated Channel 12. Any ideas?

Nothing present in the DTT mux at Waiatarua or on the Optus D1 mux to indicate a new channel 21, although the old Stratos SID is still on DTH with no channel number mapped.
