Recently I subscribed for Tesltraclear PDQ 10gig plan and everything works great except that I am not able to connect to my office VPN. I am able to connect to my office VPN using my vodem in the same computer, but using Telstraclear connection. Tried to call the customer care but the waiting time given to me is 40 mins, cant hold the telephone for 40 mins

Can anybody help me here? I have checked all my firewall settings, and also switched off the firewall. But I am not able to connect to my office VPN at all.
